Spring Equinox Sound Healing Celebration with Lauren & Liza

March 19th 7-9pm Please join Liza and myself as we set intentions for the season and celebrate the upcoming Equinox with movement, sound, and silence. This is the 8th Annual Celebration and we would love to share it with you!

Through breath and gentle yoga, we will open our bodies and hearts to feel the balance of the light and dark. Our minds will slow down and sink into the present as we sing and meditate with the mellifluous tones of the Crystal Bowls and Monochord. Please bring a yoga mat or borrow one at the studio.
