What is BreathTouch?
It’s a technique and practice for self discovery, healing and transformation. BreathTouch is an accessible approach to restoring a smooth functioning nervous system and homeostasis.
BreathTouch is an opportunity to tap into our body’s innate wisdom to boost vitality, acknowledging our human need for touch and connection.
This practice combines breathwork, touch, sound, movement and somatic awareness. You'll learn how to access your body's natural relaxation response for better rest and healing.
Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, emotional or physical stress, anxiety, or trauma, BreathTouch can help.
It's gentle, so it's great for those new to breathwork practices. Individual and group sessions are available.
And for the experienced practitioners and teachers, adding BreathTouch to your repertoire can take your practice to a whole new level.
The movement of the breath informs us of where the need, urgency, and desire is living in the body.

Lauren Higdon is the creator of BreathTouch™
She brings over 25 years of teaching experience and has intuitively and skillfully funneled her trainings and practices in trauma informed care, Bodywork and CranioSacral Therapy, Trained Vocalist, Birth Doula, Yoga, Dance, Parenting, Breathwork, Relationship & Intimacy Coaching.
Her practice has been greatly informed by her journey through motherhood, chronic pain, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, C-PTSD, and neurodivergence.
