What is BreathTouch?
- BreathTouch is a technique and practice for self discovery, healing and
transformation. - BreathTouch is a brave approach to creating and restoring a smooth
functioning nervous system and homeostasis - BreathTouch is an opportunity to tap into our body’s innate wisdom and
human need to be touched and experience our own need and aliveness.
BreathTouch is an incredible technique that combines breathwork, touch, sounds, and mindfulness to help you release tension and feel better. In this session,
you'll learn how to use your breath and gentle touch to access your body's
natural relaxation response and start healing.
Whether you're dealing with pain, general emotional or physical stress, or trauma, BreathTouch can help.
It's gentle, so it's great for those new to these practices.
And for the experienced practioners and recipients, adding BreathTouch to your repertoire can take your practice to a whole new level.
The movement of the breath through the body informs us of where the need and desire lives.
- Curl up, stretch out, hold, be held, embrace, let go, shake, cry, move, be
still, be in your body - Learn to give and receive touch with our our hands and
utilize our own voice and breath for healing.

Lauren Higdon is the creator of BreathTouch™
She brings over 25 years of teaching experience and has intuitively and skillfully funneled her trainings and practices in trauma informed care, Bodywork and CranioSacral Therapy, Pediatric, Birth Doula, Yoga, Dance, Parenting, Breathwork, Sex, Relationship & Intimacy Coaching.
Her practice has been greatly informed by her journey through motherhood, chronic pain, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, C-PTSD, and neurodivergence.
